GreenHouse and the MicroFueler keep our troops safe

Today the single largest tactical issue of troop movement in the feild is fuel.  Tankers and other forms of fuel transport are not only high value enemy targets, but are effectively giant moving bombs.  The ability to produce their own fuel in camp from liquid waste will give our troops an enormous tactical advantage.  At the same time, the only bi-product of ethanol production is clean distilled water would could then be used for local irrigiation needs.
